As one of Validity’s first international employees, Chris has more than 25 years of experience as an employee and head of pre-sales, product expert and customer success at a variety of startups and large software companies. Prior to that Elaine was vice president of operations and customer success at ABILITY Network, a leading medical technology company recently acquired by Inovalon, and has held leadership roles at Vitera Healthcare Solutions, Sage Healthcare and Emdeon. Wayne Parslow is executive vice president of international affairs at Validity. He has built a world-class sales and marketing team to maximize Validity’s opportunities in the UK and Ireland, EMEA, LATAM and APAC. Prior to joining Validity, Steve was Vice President of Information Technology and Enterprise Systems at Endurance International, where he was responsible for enterprise IT, infrastructure, customer relationship management, data storage and other mission-critical applications for some 4,000 Endurance employees worldwide. As Director of Marketing, Charlie brings extensive marketing and sales experience to Validity, as well as a proven track record of helping technology companies grow. Michael Fairchild is vice president of planning and financial analysis at Validity. He brings his expertise to all aspects of corporate strategic financial planning and the valuable analysis behind business decisions. As Validity’s COO, Mike helps manage the company’s growth and oversees strategies that drive future innovation in data management, sales productivity and email marketing optimization. Chris Bryan is vice president of UK and Ireland sales for Validity International and leads Validity’s marketing efforts in the region. Eric Daske is Validity’s executive vice president of engineering and is responsible for all aspects of the company’s engineering product development, including strategic planning, management and oversight. With more than 15 years of experience in enterprise software sales and strategy, Karen has achieved success in both the private and public sectors, including sales management, product strategy, marketing, channel management and solution delivery. With extensive experience in leading sales teams and executing strategic business plans, she is helping Validity expand its presence in the Latin American market. Tunc brings extensive regional digital experience to support Validity’s clients in marketing, sales, data management and customer relations. In addition to overall leadership, she is responsible for developing and executing business plans, marketing programs, sales management, strategic partnerships and public representation in international markets. As vice president of strategy and business development, Lilly is responsible for developing and implementing cross-organizational strategies that drive Validity’s scale and growth. As CIO of Validity, Steve Doyle is responsible for creating and implementing a business-centric vision and roadmap for Validity’s IT systems and solutions, including enterprise IT services, telephony, enterprise networks and core business systems.
